At The Balanced Mom Project, our mission is to empower moms to lead their lives with confidence, balance, and purpose. We believe that by prioritizing self-care, personal growth, and whole-life balance, moms can master every aspect of their lives—from family and finances to fitness and leadership. Our community is dedicated to helping moms rise up, reinvent themselves, and live their fullest potential, not just as caregivers but as dynamic, driven women who are passionate about more than just managing their families.

The Founder
Alyssa Prinski is a wife, mom of two, MBA graduate, and the heart behind The Balanced Mom Project. After struggling to find a balance between her career, family, and personal growth, Alyssa realized that many moms share the same experience—pouring everything into their families but often neglecting their own aspirations and wellbeing. Determined to break that cycle, Alyssa set out to build a community that empowers moms to prioritize themselves, lead their lives with confidence, and embrace a growth mindset.
Her own journey, marked by the challenges of student debt, navigating motherhood, and the pursuit of fitness and personal leadership, inspired her to create The Balanced Mom Project. Drawing from her background of being raised by a highly driven mother who struggled with balance, Alyssa’s vision for the project is to help other moms thrive in all aspects of life—proving that personal growth doesn’t stop when motherhood begins.
Alyssa believes in leading by example, and she continues to focus on reinventing herself, becoming the best version of herself for her family and her community. Through The Balanced Mom Project, she hopes to inspire moms everywhere to rise up, take charge, and lead lives filled with purpose and passion.
